2 Positions Open: Social Media Content Creator

  • 1 position based in Sydney, NSW
  • 1 position based on the Gold Coast, QLD

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with regular visits to the office or relevant filming locations in your assigned region.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Content Creator to support our marketing team across content creation, writing and campaign execution.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong interest in marketing who is especially excited about filming content on the ground, capturing real moments and helping turn ideas into engaging content.

What You’ll Do

  • Visit our Sydney/Gold Coast client offices and other relevant locations to film short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and campaign footage
  • Support the marketing team with content planning and execution
  • Assist with writing social media captions, website content, emails, blogs and other marketing materials
  • Help organise content assets, footage and campaign files
  • Research content trends, competitors, audiences and new marketing opportunities
  • Support social media scheduling, community engagement and basic reporting
  • Collaborate with the wider team to bring campaign and content ideas to life
  • Learn how marketing strategies, campaigns and brand plans are developed and delivered
  • Assist with general marketing tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in marketing, communications, media, film, business or a related field
  • Strong interest in filming, content creation and social media
  • Comfortable filming people, workplaces, events and day-to-day business activities
  • Basic understanding of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
  • Clear and confident written communication skills
  • Creative, organised and willing to take initiative
  • Interested in learning more about marketing strategy, branding and campaign management
  • Able to visit our Sydney office regularly
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a remote marketing team
  • Confident in front of the camera (not essential but a bonus!)
