About Evoren Media

Evoren Media is a performance marketing, media, and software agency working across paid social, UGC content, and software development. We help brands turn raw content into scroll-stopping ads and social content that actually converts, not just looks good.

About the Role

We're looking for a video editing intern to join our content team and help turn UGC footage into polished, high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social campaigns. This is a hands-on role. You'll be editing real content for real clients from week one, with direct feedback from the team on what's working and what needs to be faster, punchier, or more scroll-stoppable.

What You'll Do

  • Edit raw UGC footage into short-form videos optimised for TikTok, Reels, and paid social
  • Add captions, sound design, pacing cuts, and hooks that keep viewers watching
  • Work from creative briefs and adapt trending formats to client brands
  • Organise and manage footage libraries and project files
  • Collaborate with the content and paid social teams to align edits with campaign goals
  • Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and client notes

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar (tell us your tool of choice)
  • A genuine eye for what makes short-form content stop the scroll, not just technical editing skill
  • Understanding of platform-native formats and pacing for TikTok and Reels
  • Reliable, organised, and able to turn around edits on a deadline
  • A portfolio or reel of past edits, even personal projects or spec work
  • Based in or around Melbourne and able to come in for hybrid work

Nice to Have

  • Experience editing for paid ad campaigns, not just organic content
  • Basic motion graphics or sound design skills
  • Interest in performance marketing and what makes an ad convert, not just look good
