Medical,receptionist jobs in Penrith NSW

Hadeel Medical Centre is seeking one or two casual medical receptionists for weekday shifts and relief cover, with the potential for after-hours shifts in the future. We are a small practice with one doctor and a practice manager. You will be the sole receptionist during your shifts, so confidence managing day-to-day reception duties independently is essential.

About the role

• Welcoming patients and responding to enquiries
• Answering calls and managing appointment bookings
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Processing payments and assisting with general administration
• Supporting the doctor and coordinating with the practice manager

Essential requirements

• Best Practice Software experience
• Previous medical reception experience
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A friendly, professional manner and respect for patient confidentiality

Pay

per hour, plus superannuation, in accordance with the applicable Support Services Level 2 rate under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027].
