Key Accountabilities:
Maintain an efficient standard of administrative support services by providing support in the areas of reception duties, records management and file management whilst monitoring correspondence flow to assist in ensuring appropriate and timely action.
Provide a range of administrative services to assist in the effective and economical operation of Tribunal hearings including organising teleconferences and videoconferences, booking interpreters and managing patient files.
Ensure that accurate, secure and confidential patient records, systems and registers are completed, maintained and stored in accordance with the Mental Health Act 2016.
Role Fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
Demonstrated experience in administration support including the management of confidential business and patient files, electronic information systems, use of contemporary office equipment and reception duties.
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision to provide accurate, timely and high quality administrative services.
Demonstrated personal management skills including the ability to balance competing demands and prioritise workload to meet organisational objectives.
