Your new role:
As the Administration Team Leader, you will coordinate, supervise and support a high-performing administration team across the Internal Medicine inpatient wards at Logan Hospital. You will play an important role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, strengthening data quality and supporting staff development while ensuring patients, visitors and clinical teams receive responsive and professional administrative support.

Lead, support and develop the inpatient ward administration team, fostering a positive and customer-focused culture.
Coordinate workloads, rostering, leave and day-to-day operational priorities to maintain continuity of service.
Coordinate team meetings, onboarding and training for new staff.
Provide hands-on administrative support during periods of high workload or staffing pressures.

About you:
We are looking for an experienced administration professional who can confidently lead a team, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in a busy healthcare environment. You will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build capability in others.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to delegate, prioritise and manage competing workloads.
Experience identifying and resolving data entry and quality issues, including HBCIS and ESM.
Ability to analyse data and contribute to quality improvement activities.
Proven ability to train, support and build competence in others.
Adaptability and an understanding of the healthcare environment and its changing priorities.
