About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener to join our busy Brisbane Airport Clinic (located at the Skygate Centre) on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This is a diverse and rewarding role that combines administration, customer service and hands-on clinical screening activities.
Whether you already have experience in healthcare or are looking to build a career in the industry, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and managing reception duties
- Coordinating and processing medical appointments
- Managing medical results and documentation
- Administering health questionnaires
- Conducting preliminary medical assessments
- Collecting specimens and supervising Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Performing audiometry and spirometry testing
- Processing invoices and supporting clinic administration
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, professional and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A high level of attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- A current CPR Certificate and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them (support can be provided)
Previous experience in a medical, clinical or reception environment will be highly regarded; however, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
