Administration Officer - Mental Health Day Program | Buderim Private Hospital
- Employment Term: Permanent Part Time opportunity available.
- Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast
- Remuneration: $37.16 phr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in Buderim Private Hospital team
Responsible for the provision of thorough administrative support, you will provide exceptional customer service for patients and visitors to your unit. You will apply sound interpersonal communication and organisational skills in liaising with a wide range of health professionals, patients and visitors, with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality when dealing with personal information.
What makes a difference for us?

Previous experience in administration and customer service within a healthcare environment

Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent and or/applicable experience in Health Administration

Completion of a medical terminology course desirable
-
Ability to use initiative and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
-
Experience in the coordination of activities and compliance with policies
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organisational skills
-
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
-
Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
-
Experience with SAP, Genie, Cerner or other hospital patient administration systems is desirable.
-
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
