About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Administrator to join our Envision - Wembley team on a Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract from Mid-August till the end of 2027.

This role would be working Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm (7.6 hours per shift).

As a Medical Administrator, you will
  • Essential - Excellent computer skills with ability to learn multiple systems quickly, attention to detail and accurate data entry essential.
  • Dental knowledge highly advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently.
  • Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
  • Your position will involve processing of online dental scan orders via ORAD, https://orad.com.au/. as well as support in our PACS, Clinical Trials and Dental workup areas.
