What your day could look like

As a Medical Records Administrator, you'll help ensure patients and healthcare teams have access to the information they need, when they need it. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to smooth patient journeys and high-quality care across the health service.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Keeping patient records accurate, accessible and available to support timely care.
Working with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate information across services.
Managing urgent and routine requests while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Providing professional customer service and protecting confidential information.

Let's Talk About You

You're organised, dependable and enjoy helping others. You can balance competing priorities, communicate effectively with a wide range of people, and understand the importance of accuracy in a healthcare environment. You bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to your work, and take pride in supporting positive outcomes for patients and colleagues.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Strong administration and time-management skills.
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A collaborative approach with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
