ABOUT FRASER'S MEDICAL

OVERVIEW OF ROLE: ISAT ACADEMIC COORDINATOR (ONLINE)

Fraser's Medical is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable team leader to manage and coordinate our ISAT Team. In this role, you will work closely with students and especially staff to ensure our ISAT Classes, Tutorials, and Question Bank are of the highest quality to effectively prepare students for the ISAT. This will involve a combination of academic review of materials, setting up systems for the team to use, checking in with team members regarding teaching, rostering classes, and overseeing the development of our ISAT curriculum across both Critical Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning.

Commitment: 7-10 hours per week. This will vary depending on demand from our ISAT students.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have consistent availability week-on-week
  • Have experience in ISAT management or other forms of management related to the teaching field
  • Have sat the ISAT and performed highly — given the ISAT's unique CR and QR structure, direct exam experience is strongly preferred; candidates from a non-medical background with demonstrated proficiency in critical reasoning, logical analysis, or quantitative reasoning at a higher level are also encouraged to apply

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Experience in ISAT tutoring or preparation coaching
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey critical reasoning and quantitative reasoning content succinctly and clearly
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and coordination capabilities as a manager
  • Ability to guide & drive academic projects regarding ISAT curriculum building, content expansion & team mobilisation
