About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries, provide information and deliver outstanding service experiences.

No two days are the same. You'll be:

• Assisting customers via phone, email and chat
• Listening carefully to customer needs and finding solutions
• Managing customer records accurately
• Helping customers access services and digital channels
• Resolving complaints and enquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve service goals
• Onsite position, based on Edward Street right near Central Station
