Full job description

We are a reputable, busy, expanding Medical Practice in Laverton seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing, dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office.

Based at Reception, you will be the face and voice of the business, the first point of contact for patients, booking appointments, managing the billings and all ad-hoc administration

You will possess:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.

At least 2 years experience in medical reception - mandatory reference check

Ability to think on your feet and action requests efficiently and effectively.

A vibrant "can do" attitude and excellent multi-tasking capabilities.

Flawless time management and prioritising abilities.

A proactive individual who can take ownership and demonstrate initiative

Keeping office, kitchen and waiting room tidy
