Exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced receptionist to join our team at Laverton on a casual basis.

Our clinic has been established for over 30 years and highly respected in the community.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised person. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills. You will have a high level of attention to detail along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and patient records.
• Support the practice manager.
• Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Process billing and payments.
• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Medicare, workcover and TAC
• Knowledge of accreditation standards.
• Ability to develop quality working relationships.
• Time management skills, problem solving skills.
