About the role

Our Patient Services team is responsible for liaising with medical specialists, GPs, patients and members of the general public; assisting with everything from general enquiries to the co-ordination of bookings over the telephone and via email.

In the role of Patient Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for people choosing our company and therefore can make or break our reputation hence a welcoming, professional and accurate approach is key. This key department of our business is growing with our main team located in Innaloo. With our current growth we have multiple new positions available located in our Kelmscott branch.

Please note that successful candidates will be required to complete a minimum of 2 weeks training at our Patient Services Innaloo based office upon commencement.

To be considered for this position, we expect you to have:

This is a full time position working a 37.5 hour week.

Due to the nature of the position, flexibility is key as shift start and finish times will be variable and include weekend shifts. Currently the department operates between 07.45am and 5.15pm and hence 7.5hr shifts are worked within these hours. Shifts are rotated amongst the team so that everyone can enjoy a variety of working hours.
