Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable IT support person to manage and maintain IT systems for a busy medical centre. This role can be flexible, with the option to work from home or attend on-site 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining on-site servers, including regular updates
  • Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting software systems
  • Handling data backups and ensuring effective antivirus protection
  • Managing office workstations, including maintenance and updates
  • Setting up and resolving issues with printers and other devices
  • Providing general IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of IT systems, preferably within a medical or office environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and reliability
