Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Medical/Allied Health Receptionist to join our busy clinic in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Our clinic is open 7 days a week and provides care to a wide range of patients. We are seeking someone who is confident, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role includes:

  • Managing patient appointments and enquiries
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Processing payments and health fund claims
  • Managing patient records and administration tasks
  • Supporting practitioners with daily clinic operations
  • General reception and administrative duties

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role
  • Is confident using Cliniko practice management software (essential)
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Can multitask and stay organised in a busy clinic
  • Is professional, reliable, and patient-focused
