In your role as a Clinical Coder you will provide accurate, timely, high quality coded data of complex inpatient separations from any or all of the hospitals within the Illawarra Shoalhaven LHD using the current edition of ICD-10-AM, ACHI, and the Australian Coding Standards in order to meet Activity based Funding (ABF) targets, ISLHD reporting timeframes, provide data for research, planning and financial management.

Multiple positions are available – full time and part time. Work from home arrangements will be considered.

ISLHD operate four hospital sites in the Illawarra: Coledale District Hospital, Bulli District Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and Shellharbour Hospital.
