THE POSITION

  • Clean homes either solo or with a teammate
  • Perform Move Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services
  • Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
  • Take before and after photos to showcase your work
  • Make the client happy and proud of their clean home

WHO YOU ARE

  • Cleaning experience is a must
  • Own transport is preffered
  • Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus
  • Good people skills — cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing. Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work
  • If English isnt your first language, don't worry

COMPENSATION

  • We pay per job, not hourly — because every home is different. Our cleaners consistently earn $30 to $35 per hour (we have not had anyone earn less).
  • Tips are common
  • Bonus structure for extra earning potential
