Medical Dental Receptionist jobs

We are looking to hire a Casual Receptionist to work at our Collins Street (Dental Imaging) branch. At Collins Radiology we have a professional, supportive and friendly team, dedicated to providing care to patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be:

• Creating a great first impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates both face to face and over the telephone
• Answering/transferring incoming calls
• Booking appointments
• Entering patients and referrer details accurately and in a timely manner
• General related administration work (scanning/faxing/emailing, etc.)
• Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner
• Opening/closing branch

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
