ABOUT THE ROLE

Danone is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused ANZ Medical Device Coordinator to join our Medical Device Operations team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the ANZ Medical Device Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational management of Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across Australia and New Zealand. This includes supporting pump distribution, service coordination, retrievals, data integrity, asset traceability, customer enquiries, and operational reporting.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with patients, carers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, service centres, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Medical Device & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate the allocation, distribution, movement, servicing, and retrieval of Flocare feeding pumps and related stock across ANZ
• Maintain accurate pump, customer, account, service, and movement records within approved systems
• Monitor stock visibility and support the effective management of medical device assets
• Coordinate service and maintenance activities with local and global service centres

Customer & Stakeholder Support

• Respond professionally and empathetically to enquiries from patients, carers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and internal stakeholders
• Support routine troubleshooting enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up actions
• Build positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering a high standard of service

Data Integrity & Documentation Management

• Create and maintain loan agreements, supply documentation, service records, and retrieval documentation
• Ensure all customer and device information is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Support audit activities, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain traceable records
• Prepare operational reports and support departmental record management

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Register customer concerns and complaints in accordance with company procedures
• Escalate quality, safety, privacy, and service-related risks appropriately
• Maintain compliance with privacy, quality, regulatory, and company requirements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

About You:

ABOUT YOU

You are a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and take pride in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining accurate operational records.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, medical devices, supply chain, or a similar operational environment
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive activities
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems (desirable)
• Experience in a healthcare, patient-support, or medical device environment (desirable)
