Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with these values
- Proven medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Alternatively, a clinician with Gastroenterology, Endoscopy, or relevant hospital experience looking to transition into sales.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
Experience required:
- Proven sales experience with a strong ability to achieve and exceed targets OR relevant clinical experience within a hospital environment.
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently and identify business growth opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Current valid driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel and attend customer procedures as required.
- Comfortable working in a highly autonomous field-based role.
