The role

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for actively promoting, educating and supporting the adoption of innovative, cutting-edge medical technologies.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving territory sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and key stakeholders
  • Delivering product demonstrations, clinical support and in-service education
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
  • Developing and executing territory and call plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborating with the Product Manager, Sales Manager and internal teams
  • Attending theatres, customer meetings and industry events

About you

  • Experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role
  • Theatre experience is essential
  • Confidence building close, trusted customer relationships
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatre
  • Strong territory planning and time management skills
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred)
  • Tenacious, collaborative and open to feedback
