Ace Medical Supplies Pty Ltd is a specialised medical supplies distributor based in Castle Hill, NSW. We supply a comprehensive range of medical, dental and radiology consumables, infection control products, gloves, bedding, protective apparel and other clinical consumables to GP clinics, dental surgeries, radiology practices, day hospitals and other healthcare providers across Australia. Our focus is on reliable supply, competitive pricing and trusted, long‑term partnerships with our healthcare customers.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to drive sales growth across an established and expanding portfolio of healthcare customers.

This is a full‑time role based at our Castle Hill office, with regular travel to metro and regional client sites as required. You will report directly to the Director and work closely with our internal administration and logistics team to ensure a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with GP clinics, dental practices, radiology and other medical facilities within the assigned territory.
  • Visit existing and prospective clients to understand their clinical consumable needs and present suitable product solutions from our catalogue
  • Provide product information, demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, and respond to technical and pricing enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and follow through to close sales.
  • Coordinate with internal administration and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, on‑time delivery and after‑sales support.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customers’ changing needs, and provide regular feedback and sales reports to management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer contacts, opportunities, sales pipeline and expenses in the company’s systems.
  • Attend industry events, supplier meetings and product training as required to maintain a high level of product and regulatory knowledge.

Skills and experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Relevant Bachelor Qualification in Business, Commerce, Science or a related discipline
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare consumables or related industries.
  • Demonstrated understanding of medical consumables, with the ability to rapidly learn new product ranges and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with healthcare professionals at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills, with a proactive, self‑motivated and results‑driven approach.
  • Good organisational skills, including the ability to plan customer visits, manage time effectively and keep accurate records of activities and opportunities.
  • Competence with MS Office, email and CRM/order‑entry systems.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) will be highly regarded.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
