What you'll be doing
You will provide high-quality administrative support across Medical Imaging, balancing competing priorities while ensuring patients, clinicians and colleagues receive professional and responsive service. From revenue management to reception and medical typing, your work will help keep the department connected and running effectively.

Manage enquiries, reception services, appointments, correspondence and day-to-day enquiries

Support revenue management including banking, invoicing, cash handling and client payments

Complete data entry, medical typing, filing, reporting and preparation of correspondence

Coordinate clinical services, track deadlines and manage diaries, mail, emails and other requests

Build strong relationships across the multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records

Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health

Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas

Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
