We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Intern to join our Bankstown site. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a highly driven individual to gain hands-on experience. You will work alongside experienced engineers on various projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and testing of aerospace components and systems.

Snapshot of the role:

Asset Management and Machine Programming:

• Altering machine programs for new equipment
  
• Process improvements for existing cycles
  
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  
• Asset support for breakdowns or ongoing maintenance
  
• Contribute to process improvement projects and implementation
  
• SCADA development to analyse key efficiency metrics
  
• Contribute to RCCA investigation and corrective actions
  
• Develop technical reports for customer review

What we are looking for:

• Currently completing a Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Mechatronic, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering
• Exposure to CAD design software such as Catia or SolidWorks
  
• Experience with VBA or other programming languages
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment
