Medical Intern jobs in Sydney NSW

Innovize is a founder-led marketing agency built by operators who've run real businesses and exited successful startups, not just advised on them. We're a tight team covering paid media, web design, content, branding, and growth strategy, and we use AI to do the work of an agency three times our size. We're opening intern positions for people early in their careers who already work like the future.

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from week one. No coffee runs, no busywork, no formatting spreadsheets for the sake of it. You'll work alongside the founders, learn the full marketing stack from people who've built and exited businesses, and ship work that actually reaches clients.

What you'll do

You'll support live campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon and others, helping build, monitor, and optimise as you learn. You'll assist with research and reporting, pulling the insights that shape real client decisions. You'll help build and test AI workflows that make the whole team faster, and you'll contribute to content and creative production from idea to execution. The scope grows as fast as you do.

Prerequisites (non-negotiable)

You must understand how to use AI effectively, and you must have already built at least one AI workflow that you can clearly walk us through. In your application, tell us what you built, why you built it, what problem it solved, and what you'd do differently now. We're not looking for someone who's "used ChatGPT a bit"; we want someone who's already wired AI into how they get things done. If you can articulate one real flow you've shipped, that's the bar.

Curiosity, hunger, and self-direction. People who teach themselves, ship things, and don't wait to be told what to do. You're comfortable being thrown in, you ask sharp questions, and you figure out what you don't know. The kind of intern who outgrows the title fast.

Pay: $24.95 – $37.18 per hour
