What You Can Expect
Zimmer Biomet is excited to announce that our Summer Internship Program is back for 2026/27.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology field, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that directly impact patient care and customer experience.
Location: Belrose, NSW
Tentative Program Dates: 30 November 2026 – 5 March 2027 (12 working weeks)
Remuneration: Paid internship
How You'll Create Impact
- As an Intern in the Clinical Excellence team you will work on a Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) migration to a new global platform.
- This includes content transfer and restructuring of content and learning pathways for LMS resources such as SCORM files and marketing collaterals.
- You will need to collaborate cross functionally with Clinical Excellence team, Marketing Team, IT Team and regional/global project team.

- Working knowledge of IT systems, file types and data analysis. Experience working with LMS would be beneficial but not required.
Your Background
This internship is designed with university students and early-career applicants in mind. It is a chance to put your knowledge into practice, learn how a global medical device company operates and contribute to work that makes a genuine difference to patient outcomes. You will be given a project of your own, with clear objectives and a manager to guide you through it.
We welcome applications from students who have recently completed or are entering the final year of their studies. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
- Computer Science or IT
- You will have an interest in Training or Marketing
