About the role

You’ll work on a broad range of medical negligence matters, providing strategic advice and strong client advocacy from commencement through to resolution.

Working closely with experienced leaders in the field, you will:

• Manage your own medical negligence file load
• Develop and implement litigation strategies
• Build strong relationships with clients, experts and counsel
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients through the litigation process
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Experience practising in medical negligence law or Wrongs Act matters
• Strong litigation and file management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
• A genuine passion for helping injured people
• A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to a positive team culture
• A commitment to achieving outstanding client outcomes
