Medical Practice Business Manager jobs

About your role

As Business Manager, you will provide expert, proactive business management advice to support the operational and strategic priorities of Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting.
Analyse expenditure, FTE and activity data, identifying trends, risks and variances.
Develop and evaluate business cases, initiatives and strategies for future growth.
Provide expert advice on establishment, procurement, expenditure and business processes.

About you

We are looking for an experienced business professional who can confidently operate in a complex, multidisciplinary environment and provide trusted advice to leaders across the service.

Demonstrated business management experience in a large, complex organisation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
Highly developed written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
