The purpose of this job is…..
Our Practice Manager's plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of the practice. They are responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality and safety aspects of the practice. This role will lead the delivery of a health service recognised for its exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and highest level of clinical safety and quality. This is a key Bupa leadership role delivering exceptional performance, ensuring Bupa is loved by customers and employees love working at Bupa.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Available to work full-time, 38 hours per week onsite at our Hawthorn Medical Practice
  • Strong leadership skills and exposure to people management within the health industry
  • Demonstrated commitment to, and practice of, leadership driven culture and building collaborative working environments
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology (Best Practice preferred)
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's long-term strategies and goals.
  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and strategies to improve patient experience.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre.
