Practice Manager | Allied Health

Location: Kingsford & Panania, NSW Hours: Part-Time | 20 hours per week | On-site Salary: Negotiable (pro-rata based on experience)

About the Role

We're hiring a Practice Manager to lead operations across two multidisciplinary allied health clinics in Kingsford and Panania. You'll be responsible for recruitment, HR, workforce planning, and people & culture across both sites.

This role suits someone with a background in allied health who has already worked as a practice manager and is looking to step away from clinical work into a leadership and operations role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations across both clinic locations
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical and admin staff
  • Overseeing HR functions including contracts, performance management, and compliance
  • Driving workforce planning to support clinic growth
  • Building and maintaining a positive workplace culture
  • Supporting clinic directors with strategic planning and business development
  • Managing rostering, scheduling, and staff coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS, Medicare, and relevant industry standards

What We're Looking For

  • Allied health or healthcare background (required)
  • Prior experience as a practice manager (required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or people management
  • Knowledge of NDIS and Medicare billing processes
  • Proficiency with practice management software and scheduling systems
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across two sites
