At Bupa, we're redefining how people access healthcare. Our Urgent Care Centres provide high-quality, timely care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, helping patients get the treatment they need, when they need it.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our Carlton Urgent Care Centre on a casual basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoy working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with urgent but non-emergency conditions
  • Perform clinical assessments, triage, observations and treatment support
  • Assist medical practitioners with procedures and patient management
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Contribute to a safe, positive and patient-centred care environment
  • Support continuous improvement and quality clinical outcomes

What you'll bring

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, General Practice, Acute Care or similar settings
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
