We are looking for an ambitious Medical Sales Representative to join our Cardiorenal team covering Geelong, Melton and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to represent market-leading therapies, partner with General Practitioners and Pharmacists, and help improve outcomes for patients living with chronic cardiovascular and renal conditions.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Staff and Pharmacists across your territory. You'll develop and execute territory plans, identify growth opportunities, deliver meaningful clinical conversations and partner with customers to improve patient care. Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, identify opportunities and consistently execute with excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, Practice Staff and Pharmacists
Deliver high-quality clinical and product discussions that support improved patient outcomes
Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives
Analyse customer insights and sales data to identify opportunities and prioritise activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise customer impact
Manage your territory effectively using CRM and digital engagement tools
Maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethical promotion

Preferred Experience

Pharmaceutical sales experience in Primary Care / GP
Healthcare, OTC or Medical Device sales experience with exposure to General Practitioners
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Demonstrated success working towards sales targets and business objectives
Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
Strong territory planning and organisational skills
Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a broader team

Nice to Have

Experience in Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Renal or Women's Health
Knowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
Experience using Veeva or other CRM platforms
Tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health or Business
