- Based in Balcatta WA, with some flexibility available
- Salary: $93,249 plus 12% Super & Benefits.

Currently,we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join the Brand & Customer Strategy team as a Content - Officer.
About the role:
Are you a team player who enjoys creating and delivering content for multiple channels with a passion for improving brand and customer experiences? If this sounds like you, come and join our Marketing and Content Operations team. In this role, you'll create engaging copy that matches our brand voice and drives results. You’ll boost engagement, improve SEO and make copy changes on our digital channels. We’re looking for a confident writer with experience in Content Management Systems and digital tools, and who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Stakeholder engagement is also a key aspect of the role. You will work with various internal matter experts to create customer content that is simple and engaging. As part a team of content and design specialists, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to deliver not only written but visual content to improve engagement and tell compelling stories. You’ll also be able to enhance customer online experiences by writing short content for forms, website features and articles to boost conversions. What you can expect with this role
- Creating and publishing engaging content for our website, social media and other customer communications, such as emails, posters, letters and SMS.
- Writing and editing marketing and service content while also working with our graphic designers to find opportunities for making content more visual to improve engagement.
- Supporting the wider content team across all content needs as required.
- Applying SEO best practice to content planning and delivery to support our organic search and artificial intelligence strategy.
- Supporting daily business content requests and advising on content best practice and realistic timeframes.
- Working as part of the wider Marketing & Digital section, collaborating with content specialists and business stakeholders to deliver customer‑centric content aligned with our brand voice, identity and content governance frameworks.
- Leveraging user research and analytics to make data‑driven decisions to frame, structure and optimise content across multiple channels.
Your skills and experience
- You’ll be a go‑getter with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and a strong desire to collaborate for continuous improvement.
- Considerable experience in developing and coordinating engaging written and visual content across a variety of print and digital platforms, informed by interpreting analytics and reporting insights.
- A tertiary‑level qualification in digital experience, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of how to apply website accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search performance through content.
- Relevant experience using content management systems (CMS), such as Sitecore.
- Experience using content performance measurement tools, including Siteimprove, Google Analytics and social media management tools such as Sprinklr, is favourable but not essential, as training will be provided.
