We're excited to welcome a Radiation Oncology Medical Physicist - Advanced to our team.

Key Responsibilities include:
Provide high level advice, using evidence-based practice, to Radiation Oncologists and Radiation Therapists on the physics of one or more specialised areas in radiation oncology medical physics ensuring optimised patient treatment.
Display a high level of knowledge within specialised areas of radiation oncology medical physics, maintaining links with state, national and international centres and independent auditors to ensure best practice.
Lead the commissioning of new equipment into clinical service and participate in the planning and implementation of new procedures and techniques through a multidisciplinary approach.
Perform and critically review routine and non-routine quality control procedures on radiation oncology related equipment and processes.
Remuneration value up to $248 907 p.a., comprising salary between $218 109 - $227 581 p.a. (including Medical Physicist Attraction and Retention Incentive Payment), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5) (2 permanent full-time positions available). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
