About the role

Permanent and Temporary opportunities to provide administrative support for the coordination and delivery of the Medical Education Programs including but not limited to Medical Officer Orientation, Intern Only Education, Junior Doctor Professional Development, Education, Grand Rounds, Supervisor Development, and the Doctor Wellbeing program.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Support the day to day activities of your team including provision of front-line reception, fielding general enquiries and undertaking general clerical duties.
Establish good working relationships with team members, medical staff and other stakeholders based on delivering a quality client service.
Undertake special projects or other duties as instructed by the Director Medical Workforce and Education Unit.
Assist and provide administrative support for the co-ordination of Accreditation site visits by Prevocational Medical Accreditation Queensland (PMAQ).
