Join Advara HeartCare, one of Australia’s leading cardiology providers, as a Casual Medical Receptionist at our Murdoch (Wexford) clinic.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, variety and a supportive team environment, with shifts available to support our clinic as needed.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Advara, helping our patients and doctors with:
  • Welcoming and supporting patients
  • Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
  • Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing appointments
  • Providing accurate and efficient administration
  • Working closely with doctors and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly
