We’re building strong internal foundations and are looking for an organised, reliable Administration Officer to help keep our operations running smoothly.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in being organised, and understands that strong administration supports both staff and participants.

You’ll be working closely with leadership and the wider team to ensure records are accurate, processes are followed, and day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the organisation
  • Assist with participant management and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring activities
  • Support onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
  • Assist with NDIS audit preparation and documentation collation
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal communications
  • Support rostering and operational coordination tasks

About You

  • Previous administration experience (disability or community services preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
  • Provide general support to management and the broader team as required

Job Type: Part-time
