Full job description
Family owned bulk billing Medical Centre located in Forest Lake requires a junior Medical Receptionist on a casual and call in basis. Offering 20 hours per week.
Duties include: Front desk reception, greeting and booking in patients, booking appointments, answering the telephone and booking appointments, faxing, scanning, shredding, data entry, stocking GP rooms with stationery and pathology stock, keeping the practice clean and tidy, empty bins and vacuum at the end of each day. The practice runs on a computer system so you must be able to type.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 6pm. Shifts are allocated in 5 hour blocks. This is a junior position.
If you are eager to learn and willing to commit to the position then this is for you. Immediate start for the right person. Onsite and ongoing training and work experience.. Looking for someone who is committed to working on a regular basis.
You must be prepared to attend an interview and commitment to shifts is essential.
