Full job description

Your new role:
Join the Medical Imaging team and provide high-quality administrative and medical typing support across patient bookings, waiting lists, referrals, records and reporting. Using your strong computer, typing and medical terminology skills, you'll work across RIS/PACS and other systems to maintain accurate information, coordinate imaging workflows and deliver exceptional service to patients and clinical teams.

About you:
You're a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who takes pride in accuracy, confidentiality and delivering reliable support in a busy Medical Imaging environment.

Advanced typing skills with sound knowledge of medical terminology
Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple information systems
High attention to detail and accuracy across data entry, reporting and records
Excellent communication skills with a professional, patient-focused approach
Able to prioritise workloads, work autonomously and contribute positively to a team
