We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Spa Receptionist to join our team in our exciting new Robina location. Someone that can provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa reception.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming spa experience
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedule changes
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with general administrative tasks and spa promotions when needed

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Casual
