Job Overview
IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and highly organized Medical Receptionist in Sydney to join our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospital front desk management, patient appointment scheduling, medical administration, healthcare customer service, and medical billing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the hospital or clinic front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination

- Process patient registrations and maintain accurate medical records
- Support medical billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with Australian healthcare privacy regulations
- Update patient information using medical software systems (Best Practice, Medical Director, Pracsoft, Genie or similar)
- Ensure smooth daily front office operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist, Healthcare Administrator, or Front Desk Officer
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or specialist medical practice preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
