The purpose of this job is…

The Practice Manager will lead the Practice Team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice operation in collaboration with Practice Development Manager and Practice Principal.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Experienced as a Dental Practice Manager or have a strong background in management
  • Experienced in business and people management
  • Proven in organisational, administrative, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional in communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, with strong business acumen
  • Knowledgeable in generating income and controlling costs
  • Confident in handling difficult conversations and resolving issues promptly
  • Comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
  • Experienced in understanding and managing the practice P&L
