What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Advara, helping our patients and doctors with:

• Welcoming and supporting patients
• Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
• Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing appointments
• Providing accurate and efficient administration
• Working closely with doctors and the wider team to keep the clinic running smoothly

You’re someone who:

• Puts patients first and genuinely cares about great service
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is confident on the phone and comfortable juggling priorities
• Has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is confident with technology and quick to learn new systems
• Brings energy, professionalism and a positive attitude
• Has flexibility and availability to pick up shifts when required

Medical reception or healthcare experience is highly regarded, but attitude and a genuine desire to help people are just as important.
