Full job description

Turn The Corner is a private billing family medical clinic based in Northcote with satellite clinics in Brunswick and Fairfield. Our team includes about 35 doctors plus psychologists, nurses, and onsite pathology – all backed up by a great Support team!

We are innovative, fast-paced, and use modern software to help deliver high quality service to our patients. We have a strong, capable, collegiate team and believe that happy, motivated staff help to create an environment that allows the practice of good medicine. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. You don't need prior experience – the most important aspect for us is finding someone with an energetic, professional and proactive attitude who wants to learn, develop, and help others. You will ideally have your own transport so that you can be flexible about working at any of our inner north Melbourne clinics.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they;

2. Have strong interpersonal skills and are able to manage the expectations of patients in an empathetic, constructive way.

3. Are excited about working in a high-quality health service-based environment and have an appreciation about what that means for everyone in our Support team.

4. Are computer literate, numerate, and have strong attention to detail.

5. Are calm under pressure.

6. Will be respectful of our patients and their privacy.
