Full job description

The role is Full-Time Fixed Term 12-month Position working Monday to Friday with shifts between the core hours of 7:15am – 6:00pm , rotating between Craigieburn, Coolaroo & occasionally the Epping site.

Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist /Contact Centre agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
