Medical Receptionist required for Specialist practice- 3 days per week essential required. Can offer 4 days and full time hours if wanted

Duties include:

- answering phone calls, booking in patients, billing patients as receptionist

- aid in organising surgical lists

- medical administration

- ordering supplies and other reception assistant duties

- general secretarial duties

General administration and assistant duties for Specialist Surgeon

Experience not essential but preferred (reflected on pay)

Paid Training will be provided if job is accepted.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 – $45.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Medical admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
