We're looking for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and organised, with strong admin skills and a passion for supporting community wellbeing. Whether you're hoping to gain experience in the mental health or NGO sector or simply seeking a role that offers variety and purpose, this is a great opportunity to be part of a values-driven team making a real difference.

Essential Criteria:
- Are highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Can remain calm and focused in busy environments.
- Are comfortable working in the Mental Health space.
- Have excellent overall computer skills and confident using MS Office applications.
- Flexible approach, including the ability to work autonomously, exercise initiative, and have a proactive approach to problem resolution.
- Available to work across multiple locations – Katoomba & Hawkesbury being priority areas
- Have experience in a similar role such as a Medical/Mental Health/Youth Service Receptionist/Administrator.
- Providing daily administrative on-site support to staff, private practice and consortium members.
- Answering incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors to site providing high-level customer service support.
- Monitoring email, voicemail and fax inboxes, actioning as appropriate.
- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments using our Electronic Medical Records System.
