You have a verifiable production record in building productive appointment books and are now looking for the opportunity to join a specialised clinic with a total focus on patient care, where you get the satisfaction of truly being part of the patient’s journey.

You like to help people and know you’d enjoy the challenge of educating and motivating patients towards achieving the right health outcome.

You’ll be working alongside another two receptionists and together ensuring our clinic has a productive, full appointment book of patients that we can help.

Located in Collins St, SleepWise Clinic specialises in custom 3D printed oral appliances for the treatment of snoring and sleep apnoea. Many of our patients are referred to us by sleep physicians, ENTs, GPs and other dentists.

You’ll be working from our 2022 purpose-built facility, with state-of-the-art technology.

You will undergo a thorough establishment process with a lot to learn, so you need to be willing to take on new information, corrections, and enjoy continuous learning.

Once you’re established you will have a lot to be responsible for as you are involved in the patient’s journey.

In return for your performance, you will have the opportunity to contribute to people’s lives, be mentored by an industry leader in the field, to grow and develop both personally and professionally, and to work in a great environment in the heart of Melbourne with a fun and supportive team leading the way in patient care and satisfaction.
