About the Role
We’re seeking a welcoming, organised Receptionist to join our front‑desk team and work alongside another receptionist/admnistrator. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and families. This role includes general reception duties, basic admin support, and social‑media tasks such as posting updates and monitoring our clinic pages and website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and manage front‑desk enquiries
  • Answer calls, emails, and assist with bookings
  • Assistance with documentation and patient forms
  • Process payments, invoices, and daily admin tasks
  • Upload social‑media posts and monitor clinic pages
  • Keep reception and waiting areas tidy and organised and general houskeeping
  • Assist clinicians with general office support

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, professional communication
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Basic social‑media skills (Facebook/Instagram/linkedin)
  • Desire to learn new skills and further their knowledge in the workplace
