We are a growing healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Medical Receptionists to join our team across our Rhodes and Burwood clinics.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics.

Successful applicants will be placed at either our Rhodes or Burwood location based on availability and candidate preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiries promptly.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Process patient registrations and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Assist with reports and documentation as required.
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses and the wider healthcare team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every patient interaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
