Medical Receptionist jobs in Croydon NSW

We are a busy medical clinic in the Innerwest.

We're looking for outgoing, friendly candidate who wants a customer facing and focused role with previous medical reception experience.

The role includes

• greeting and helping patients
• answering phone calls and either scheduling appointments or dealing with patient requests
• calling patients who require follow up appointments or for any other reason required by doctors
• communication with other medical facilities
• recording accounts paid and those still payable
• assisting with keeping the centre looking tidy
• Medicare/DVA claiming

The ideal candidate would

• have at least 1 years medical reception experience;
• be familiar with general practice medical software such as Pracsoft
• have excellent communication skills
• high level of attention to detail
• strong interpersonal skills
• strong organisation and work flow management skills
• warm manners and positive attitude

• administration roles of all kinds
• supervisory roles in hospitality
• supervisory roles in retail

We require someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet.
