What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
  • Handling patient inquiries both in person and over the phone with empathy and professionalism
  • Checking in patients, confirming appointments, and assisting with paperwork
  • Processing Medicare, DVA, private, and bulk billing payments
  • Managing referrals, recalls, and patient follow-ups with urgency
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice
