Full job description

Your Care Medical Centre is seeking an experianced casual medical receptionist.

If you would like to be a part of a friendly yet professional team of GPs, Nurse & other admin staff, please apply for this position.

The working hours are flexible and variable with additional hours to cover leave for other employees.

Duites not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls, making appointments, patient billings, managing emails & faxes.
  • Ensuring the highest level of quality care and service delivered to patients.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and management of patient records
  • Multitasking , Prioritising workload and Having positive attitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster.
  • Knowledge of Best Practice is preferrable.
